Production Times
Many Katie Kime items are made to order. Please see production timelines below:
Apparel & Sleepwear:
- Non-monogrammed: 1-3 business days
- Monogrammed: up to 10 business days
Wallpaper:
- Samples: 1-3 Business Days
- Full Rolls: up to 4 weeks
Home & Accessories:
- Accessory Bags: 1-3 business days
- Coasters: 1-3 business days
- Ice Buckets: 7-10 business days
- Lucite Trays: 1-3 business days
- Phone Cases: processed immediately
- Tea Towel Sets: 1-3 business days

Order Accuracy & Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, it is sent to production and likely cannot be changed or canceled.
- If you notice an error, reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.
U.S. Shipping Options
Once production is complete, your order will ship using the method selected at checkout. We offer a range of shipping speeds and carriers:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 7–10 business days
- Faster Shipping (USPS): 2–4 business days
- UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
- FedEx 2Day: 2 business days
- FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day
Orders over $99 ship free via ground (carrier selected at our discretion).
Please note:
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
- Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
- Orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive on different days.
- Orders sent to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details. If your package is in transit and you have questions or concerns, contact the shipping carrier directly. Once a package leaves our facility, we can't make changes or provide more shipping info.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Katie Kime is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:
- Double-checking your shipping address
- Looking around your property and checking with neighbors
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
We're here to help with documentation if necessary, but unfortunately, we can't refund or replace orders once they're marked as delivered.
International Shipping
- Katie Kime ships worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight.
- Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.
- In rare cases, customs delays may extend delivery to 10–20 business days.
- Due to customs fees and international shipping costs, free shipping is not available for international orders.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- Most countries charge duties and taxes on imported goods. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may delay delivery.
- Katie Kime cannot refund or accommodate customs duties or import taxes.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and your package is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost once the item is received back at our facility.
